RUNXIN F71Q Automatic Filter Valve Manual

 

The RUNXIN F71Q Automatic Filter Valve is a high-quality valve designed for use in water treatment systems. It is a 3/4" valve with a maximum flow rate of 2m3/h and is suitable for use with water temperatures between 5°C and 50°C.

Installation Instructions:

1. Ensure the valve is installed in a vertical position.
2. Connect the inlet and outlet pipes to the valve according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Tighten all connections securely to prevent leaks.
4. Connect the drain pipe to the valve according to the manufacturer's instructions.

 

Operation:

1. Press the "Start" button to initiate the rinse cycle.
2. The LED screen will display "Rinse" and the valve will open to allow water to pass through.
3. The valve will close automatically after the rinse cycle is complete.
4. To set the rinsing frequency, press the "Menu" button and select "Rinse Time".
5. To set the time clock, press the "Menu" button and select "Time Clock".

 

Maintenance:

  • Regularly inspect the valve for signs of wear or damage and replace as necessary.
  • Clean the valve and surrounding area regularly to prevent mineral buildup and corrosion.
  • Lubricate moving parts regularly to prevent sticking.

 

Troubleshooting:

  • If the valve is difficult to turn, check for mineral buildup and clean as necessary.
  • If the valve does not open or close properly, check for blockages or damage and replace as necessary.
